Policies

ARTICLE I: DISTRICT INFORMATION

All Districts shall make available their respective Lists of Rotaract Clubs and Lists of Rotaractors, Souvenir Programs, District Bulletins and District Publications to each other as may be deemed necessary for the attainment of the above stated purposes.

ARTICLE II: ASSISTANCE

Whenever and wherever acceptable and feasible, all Districts shall exchange information and shall extend assistance relating to their respective activities and to their joint undertakings and exchange programs, that are mutually meaningful, relevant and implementable.

ARTICLE III: DISTRICT VISIT

All Districts shall encourage their respective Rotaract Clubs and Rotaractors to visit the other Districts, thereby cementing closer relationship and promoting goodwill amongst Districts and their respective Rotaract Clubs and Rotaractors. During such occasions, proper welcoming protocol, warm hospitality and friendly camaraderie shall be given.

ARTICLE IV: EXCHANGE

Whenever and wherever acceptable and feasible, all Districts shall encourage the exchange of Rotaractors with appropriate arrangements made and observed.

ARTICLE V: JOINT PROJECTS

Whenever and wherever acceptable and feasible, all Districts shall encourage implementation of joint-District or multi-District projects under the four avenues of service.

ARTICLE VI: DISSEMINATION

All Districts shall disseminate to their respective Rotaract Clubs and Rotaractors all joint undertakings, exchange programs, district visits and other activities for effective communication.

ARTICLE VIII: EFFECTIVITY

This agreement is effective for one year upon signing hereof and is renewable after one year.
