ASIA PACIFIC MULTI-DISTRICT SISTERHOOD AGREEMENT
For the purpose of fostering and promoting better and closer friendship
and for mutual growth and development towards the attainment and
fulfillment of the Object of Rotaract,
District 3130, India - Part of Maharashtra - Zone 5 and
District 3260, India - Parts of Chattisqarh, Madhya Pradesh and Orissa - Zone 5 and
District 3300, Malaysia - Zone 6 and
District 3310, Brunei, Part of Malaysia, Singapore - Zone 6 and
District 3400, Indonesia - Zone 6 and
District 3450, Hong Kong, Macau & Mongolia - Zone 4 and
District 3460, Taiwan - Zone 4 and
District 3480, Taiwan - Zone 4 and
District 3490, Taiwan - Zone 4 and
District 3500, Taiwan - Zone 4 and
District 3510, Taiwan - Zone 4 and
District 3520, Taiwan - Zone 4 and
District 3780, Philippines - Zone 7 and
District 3790, Philippines - Zone 7 and
District 3800, Philippines - Zone 7 and
District 3810, Philippines - Zone 7 and

do hereby bind themselves in fulfillment of the following:
ARTICLE I: DISTRICT INFORMATION
All Districts shall make available their respective Lists of Rotaract
Clubs and Lists of Rotaractors, Souvenir Programs, District Bulletins
and District Publications to each other as may be deemed necessary for
the attainment of the above stated purposes.
ARTICLE II: ASSISTANCE
Whenever and wherever acceptable and feasible, all Districts shall
exchange information and shall extend assistance relating to their
respective activities and to their joint undertakings and exchange programs,
that are mutually meaningful, relevant and implementable.
ARTICLE III: DISTRICT VISIT
All Districts shall encourage their respective Rotaract Clubs and
Rotaractors to visit the other Districts, thereby cementing closer
relationship and promoting goodwill amongst Districts and their respective
Rotaract Clubs and Rotaractors. During such occasions, proper welcoming
protocol, warm hospitality and friendly camaraderie shall be given.
ARTICLE IV: EXCHANGE
Whenever and wherever acceptable and feasible, all Districts shall
encourage the exchange of Rotaractors with appropriate arrangements made
and observed.
ARTICLE V: JOINT PROJECTS
Whenever and wherever acceptable and feasible, all Districts shall
encourage implementation of joint-District or multi-District projects under
the four avenues of service.
ARTICLE VI: DISSEMINATION
All Districts shall disseminate to their respective Rotaract Clubs and
Rotaractors all joint undertakings, exchange programs, district visits
and other activities for effective communication.
ARTICLE VIII: EFFECTIVITY
This agreement is effective for one year upon signing hereof and is
renewable after one year.
Signed on this 8th day of August, 2004 at the Jockey Club Auditorium,
Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong.
